Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract
We want the purchasing terms on TopSexDolls.cz to be clear and easy to understand. Below you will find basic information about withdrawing from a purchase contract concluded through our online store.
Consumer's Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and your purchase does not fall under one of the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returning the Goods
After withdrawing from the contract, the consumer must send or hand over the goods to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Before returning large or bulky items, we recommend contacting our customer support team first. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and help arrange a suitable method of return.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of the original delivery to the extent required by law, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
